Jun 17,2025

[Beijing,June 12,2025] SuperPanther officially announced today the launch of its 2025–2030Dual-Track EnablerGlobal Strategy Upgrade, reaffirming its positioning as a global“Enabler”and initiating a two-pronged international growth pathway. This strategy marks a new chapter in SuperPanther’s efforts to accelerate the commercial vehicle industry’s shift toward electrification and intelligent transformation worldwide.

The upgraded strategy introduces a clear“Dual-Track Enabler”model for overseas growth. On one track, industrial Enabler focuses on integrating vehicle exports, service ecosystems, and operational capabilities under the global brand SUPERPANTHER. On the other hand, product Enabler drives deeper software and hardware collaborations with global OEMs, enabling the creation of an open, efficient, and sustainable global ecosystem.

Rather than merely “exporting vehicles,” SuperPanther is committed to deep industry collaboration and the co-creation of localized ecosystems. This includes not only delivering advanced products and systems but also aligning with local regulations and cultivating local capabilities — actively participating in and shaping a systemic industry transformation.

SuperPanther emphasizes that setting industry benchmarks is just the starting point. The true mission lies in open collaboration and empowering the entire value chain. By offering the optimal solution, the company aims to demonstrate the feasibility and certainty of commercial vehicle electrification to global partners across the value chain.

Core Competencies Power Dual-Track Globalization: Technology, Product, and International Talent Advancing in Parallel

SuperPanther possesses full-stack in-house R&D capabilities spanning the entire value chain—from the “three electrics” (battery, electric drive, and electronic control) to chassis architecture and complete vehicle platforms. The company holds a comprehensive portfolio of core technologies, including electric drive axles, vehicle control systems, thermal management, and high-voltage systems, positioning itself at the upstream of the new energy heavy-duty truck industry.

The company further enhances its global delivery capabilities and local responsiveness through its self-developed and self-operated manufacturing bases: the electric axle factory in Liyang, Jiangsu; the controller base and the overseas skateboard chassis production facility in Yulin, Shaanxi.

In parallel, SuperPanther is investing heavily in building localized teams abroad. A Europe-based international team has been established with Germany as its core, composed of members with robust automotive engineering backgrounds and cross-cultural collaboration experience. Dr. Michael Ruf, former Global President of Continental Group’s Commercial Vehicle Division and former Global CEO of KraussMaffei Group, heads the European business. The management team brings together top talent from institutions such as Tsinghua University’s Department of Automotive Engineering and Fortune 500 companies in Germany.

With deep local insights and a strong multicultural foundation, this European-rooted team enables SuperPanther to collaborate seamlessly with regional partners, ensuring swift execution and integration. This has been a key enabler for SuperPanther, as a Chinese company, to establish a strong foothold in German-speaking regions and successfully enter the high-value European automotive market.

On June 12 2025, SuperPanther signed an agreement with Austrian commercial vehicle manufacturer Steyr Automotive for the industrial production of electric trucks. The two parties will leverage their respective strengths to produce the next generation of high-performance electric trucks to the highest industrial standards. The first all-electric SuperPanther truck under this partnership is scheduled to roll off the production line of Steyr Automotive by the end of 2025. This marks SuperPanther’s entry into the European market.

SuperPanther also announced a global brand upgrade. The new international brand identity and product logo under the name “SUPERPANTHER” will be officially unveiled later this year alongside the launch of its first overseas product.

Product Enabler: SuperPanther Accelerates the Electrification of Global Truck OEMs

As SuperPanther’s “best practices” are gradually implemented across global markets, the company will adopt a more open and collaborative approach to engage in close partnerships with leading global players and industry peers in electric heavy-duty truck development. By leveraging its unique strengths in empowerment, SuperPanther aims to enable more global innovations to benefit from its proven practices, driving forward the advancement of the industry together.

Beyond brand export, SuperPanther will also empower global OEMs through its “SuperPanther Tech” platform, delivering world-leading core systems and modular solutions for new energy heavy-duty trucks. These include electric drive axle systems, vehicle control systems, thermal management systems, near-900V high-voltage vehicle systems, as well as chassis, software integration, and OTA capabilities.
Going forward, under the “SuperPanther Tech” empowerment model, the company will promote an open co-development approach centered on “core systems + platform co-creation + co-branded products.” This will provide system-level empowerment to leading global OEMs and accelerate the delivery of high-quality new energy commercial vehicles tailored to diverse global market needs.

Global Expansion Accelerates: Hong Kong R&D and Digital Innovation Center Officially Launched

As a key pillar of the “Dual-Track Enabler” strategy, SuperPanther’s Hong Kong-based Digital Innovation Center has officially been put into operation. The center focuses on overseas vehicle development, data operation systems, and the construction of a digital product export platform. It will serve as a core hub supporting SuperPanther’s international project execution, intelligent operation network development, and global platform services.

Looking Ahead: Co-Building Technology and Ecosystems to Reshape the Global Green Mobility Landscape

Chao Liu, Chairman and CEO of SuperPanther, stated:

“The next five years will be a decisive window for the global electrification of commercial vehicles. SuperPanther aims not only to be a trailblazer in exporting electric heavy-duty trucks, but also to become a driving force in the global new energy commercial vehicle industry. Through collaborative innovation across our vehicle brand, technology platforms, and ecosystem partners, we will accelerate the transition to a greener, smarter, and more efficient era of mobility.”

According to the roadmap, “Industrial Enabler” will first take root in key regional markets, establishing flagship customers and product paradigms. On this foundation, “Product Enabler” will be expanded to a broader range of partners, ultimately forming the optimal global solution for industry transformation.
By 2026, SuperPanther plans to enter more than three major global markets with new energy vehicle models tailored to local demands. By 2030, the company aims to cumulatively deliver tens of thousands of SUPERPANTHER vehicles and SuperPanther Tech–powered core system products worldwide, building a globally influential new energy commercial vehicle ecosystem.
