SuperPanther to Present In-house Developed Core Systems and New Model at IAA Transportation 2024

On September 17, 2024, SuperPanther will unveil its latest innovations at the renowned IAA Transportation in Hannover. As a leader in zero-emission transportation solutions, the company will present the third generation e-Trucks, designed specifically for the European market, along with its globally leading, self-developed core systems. In addition, SuperPanther will hold a press conference on September 16 from 12:30 to 12:50 PM local time at Booth D46 in Hall 12, where it will introduce its new strategy and product lineup. 

At the heart of the presentation will be the "The Enabler" strategy, where SuperPanther aims to collaborate closely with global industry leaders to drive the pursuit of net-zero emissions.

SuperPanther’s Self-Developed Distributed/Centralized eAxle System

This innovative drivetrain system, with its motor deeply integrated into the drive axle, delivers significant efficiency gains in power transmission and dynamic control. Thanks to its modular design, the system is suitable for a wide range of applications, including long-haul transport, express delivery, terminal towing, and urban projects such as construction and city cleaning. 


SuperPanther’s Self-Developed Integrated Thermal Management System

SuperPanther’s innovative thermal management system allows for efficient and dynamic temperature control throughout the vehicle. It covers the industry’s widest temperature range, ensuring reliable cabin and battery heating even in extreme conditions down to -30°C. With its three-source heat pump technology, the system reduces energy consumption by up to 60% compared to conventional solutions.

SuperPanther’s Self-Developed 876V SiC High-voltage Domain Controller


This groundbreaking controller flexibly powers 1 to 3 motors in a time-sharing configuration, optimizing both output performance and energy efficiency. By utilizing highly efficient SiC power modules, it achieves an impressive efficiency rate of up to 99.3%. The controller supports voltages up to 876V and delivers peak power output in the megawatt range.

With its advanced system architecture and high-voltage control technology, SuperPanther’s high-voltage domain controller ensures precise and efficient energy distribution. Through the use of modern SiC power modules and soft-switching technology, energy efficiency is maximized. The highly integrated, reliable design not only enhances overall vehicle performance but also improves system stability and longevity, providing a robust and dependable control center for high-voltage truck systems.

The chassis domain controller offers numerous key advantages, including a platform-based design, high compatibility, excellent integration, outstanding performance, and easy upgradability. By enhancing the precision of vehicle control, energy recovery efficiency is significantly improved. Equipped with powerful computing capabilities, it can quickly respond to customer demands while maintaining system agility and responsiveness. Furthermore, its compatibility with the complex requirements of autonomous driving technologies allows for seamless, fully integrated control of longitudinal, lateral, and vertical dynamics in drive-by-wire chassis systems, forming a solid technical foundation for autonomous vehicles. 


SuperPanther’s Intelligent Drive-by-Wire Skateboard Chassis

SuperPanther’s intelligent drive-by-wire skateboard chassis embodies the company’s forward-thinking product philosophy and technological expertise. As SuperPanther’s first concept product, this chassis integrates four independently developed core technologies and features drive-by-wire braking and steering systems. It seamlessly connects with controllers for autonomous driving and supports Level 4 autonomous driving functions.  


SuperPanther Black Diamond 6x4 Intelligent eTruck

The SuperPanther Black Diamond, representing the third generation of e-Trucks, combines proprietary core systems with advanced software that enables continuous vehicle optimization. This is achieved through real-time energy consumption monitoring and AI-optimized energy strategies. The Black Diamond is designed to withstand extreme temperature ranges from -30°C to 45°C and can reduce winter energy consumption by up to 20%. Equipped with high-performance eAxle technology, the truck boasts a B10 lifespan of 1.2 million kilometers and excels in both load capacity and rigidity. Its maintenance-free wheelset design significantly reduces operational costs. The cabin, equipped with air-suspension seats, a multifunction steering wheel, and automatic climate control, offers superior comfort and a quiet driving experience. Additionally, the easily replaceable downward-facing battery and low center of gravity enhance collision safety and driving stability.


SuperPanther Empowerment – The Brand New 4x2 eTruck

The all-new 4x2 eTruck, developed specifically for the European market, is packed with several innovative technologies from SuperPanther. These include a high-efficiency dual-motor eAxle, an advanced high-voltage system with nearly 900V, MCS fast charging technology, an ultra-low temperature heat pump, an integrated thermal management system, and a multi-in-one high-voltage domain controller. With an impressive total output of 535 horsepower and a 621 kWh battery pack, the eTruck delivers outstanding driving performance, superior energy efficiency, and effortless charging.

In addition to these remarkable exhibits, SuperPanther will also unveil its global development strategy at IAA 2024. The models and core systems on display have been specially shipped to Hannover to demonstrate the latest advancements in zero-emission transportation solutions.
